Cookery Course


Whether you are a family cook wishing to learn something different for a dinner party or a complete beginner, we can show you simple soups like
French Onion, Minestrone and Tomato or for those a little more advanced Chicken Liver Pate with Cèpes, Savoury Bacon and Mushroom or Grilled Goats Cheese and Beetroot Salad.

Crab and prawn cucumber mousse

The cookery course includes lunch, so in the morning you can help prepare such things as Fresh Savoury Quiche, Homemade Scotch Eggs or Baked Filled Squid with Tomato Sauce.
Also in the course is included a 3-course evening meal so in the afternoon we shall prepare the main courses,
Griddled leg of Lamb, Steak with Red Wine and Rosemary Sauce and Boulangere Potatoes, Beef Bourguignon with Celeriac Mash or Chicken Kiev with a variety of fillings, or if you wish you can prepare a whole Sole or Plaice.

We have quick and easy desserts that will not fail to impress, like Light & Fluffy Chocolate Mousse, Crème Caramel, or for those with more time Caramelized Citron Tart or Iced Coffee Soufflé.
We can also show you how to make the jams and preserves that you have with your breakfast.
In the summer months marinades and different ideas for the
BBQ, including how to make your own Burgers and Peaches in Brandy.
